Barbara Simpson became a Muskoka Graphics client in 2023 when she came to us for the development of a specialized real estate website for her business with RE/MAX Right Move.
The website at MuskokaCottageAndHomeSales.com was designed to provide Barbara with much more than a traditional real estate website. At its core is an automated connection to the CREA® Data Distribution Facility (DDF®), allowing current real estate listings to be fed directly from the CREA® DDF® servers and displayed within Barbara’s own branded website.
Using Muskoka Graphics’ WordPress real estate technology, property information can remain current without Barbara having to manually enter and maintain listings. Visitors can browse available properties while staying within her website, alongside information for buyers and sellers, local real estate resources and direct ways to connect with Barbara.
The result is a website that combines Barbara’s personal brand and local real estate expertise with the power of an automatically updated property listing system, helping turn her website into an active marketing and lead-generation tool.
