Some website projects are particularly rewarding, and working with internationally acclaimed guitarist Matt Schofield has always been one of those for Muskoka Graphics.
British-born and now based in the United States, Matt is a multi-award-winning guitarist, singer, songwriter, producer and bandleader who has spent more than 30 years performing and has toured in nearly 30 countries. A three-time British Blues Guitarist of the Year, Matt became the first guitarist inducted into the British Blues Awards Hall of Fame and has been named by Guitar & Bass Magazine among the Top Ten British Blues Guitarists of All Time, alongside legends including Eric Clapton and Peter Green.
This project also has a personal connection. Having spent many years as a professional guitarist myself, Matt and I became friends through our mutual love of music and, naturally, guitars. I was already a great admirer of his playing, tone and musicianship, so being asked to create his online home was both a privilege and a project I was genuinely excited to take on.
Muskoka Graphics designed and developed Matt’s website to provide a professional international web presence where fans can discover his music, biography, tour information, news, videos and more.
Our involvement has continued well beyond the original website build. Muskoka Graphics provides ongoing website maintenance, updates, additions and technical support, allowing the site to evolve along with Matt’s career.
It’s a great example of what we enjoy most about web development — building long-term relationships with our clients and creating websites that continue working for them for years after launch.
