Photographic Imagery – Terry Hrynyk
Award-winning Muskoka photographer Terry Hrynyk came to Muskoka Graphics in 2023 to develop the website for Photographic Imagery, bringing his extensive body of photographic and fine-art work together in a modern online presence.
Terry has had an impressive career behind the camera. He holds the Master of Photographic Arts (MPA) designation from the Professional Photographers of Canada and has served as a national judge for the PPOC. He was named Canada’s Portrait Photographer of the Year in 1999 and spent 15 years as Professor and Coordinator of the Photography Program at Georgian College in Barrie.
His work has also represented Canada internationally. Terry was selected as a member of Team Canada for the 2023 World Photographic Cup, where his work was chosen for the Landscape category. In 2023, he also received Silver and Bronze awards in the International Image Competition.
The website at PhotographicImagery.ca was designed to put Terry’s imagery at centre stage. It provides galleries for his portraiture, fine-art photography and other creative work, while also giving visitors opportunities to book Terry, purchase his artwork, follow his stories and explore his photography mentorship programs.
Muskoka Graphics provides the web development, ongoing maintenance and hosting for Photographic Imagery, allowing Terry to concentrate on creating and sharing his work while we take care of the technology behind his online presence.
Working with an accomplished visual artist like Terry also made this an especially interesting project for us — the website itself needed to remain understated enough to allow the photography to be the star of the show.
