Trinity United Church Gravenhurst
Trinity United Church has been part of the Gravenhurst community for generations, with roots on its present site dating back to 1877. Today, Trinity is a vibrant, progressive and Affirming congregation built around a simple but powerful message: everyone is welcome.
When Trinity United Church came to Muskoka Graphics for its new web presence, the goal was to create a website that reflected both its rich history and the welcoming, inclusive community it is today.
The new website provides Trinity with a modern central hub where members, visitors and the wider community can easily discover Sunday services, ministries, news and upcoming events, online worship, facility rentals, weddings, baptisms and other important church information. Just as importantly, the site provides Trinity with an effective way to keep its congregation informed as activities and events change throughout the year.
Trinity’s commitment to community is an important part of its identity. The church is an Affirming congregation that welcomes and celebrates the full participation of the 2SLGBTQ+ community and is also home to Gravenhurst Against Poverty (G.A.P.), supporting people throughout the local community.
For Muskoka Graphics, this project was about much more than building a website. It was about creating an accessible and welcoming online home that reflects Trinity’s values of compassion, inclusion, social justice and belonging while giving the church a practical platform that can continue to grow with its congregation.
